Introducing Scenario Management

We're excited to announce a number of key updates for Scenario Management in Agent Trainer! In this release, we've made significant progress on further enabling our users to create and manage highly customizable scenarios to help agents meet their training goals.

• Delete Scenario: Now possible to delete scenarios
• Edit scenario: Now possible to edit scenarios
• Miscellaneous updates We made a number of other small, but important changes to the experience

Updated Scenario Tile Design

We've updated the design and layout of the scenario management page to make it more intuitive and a generally better UX.

Delete Scenario

We've added another essential action to the scenario experience, it's now possible for admins to delete scenarios. Don't worry, if any agents have already gone through scenario training sessions you won't lose the history of those completed sessions.

Edit Scenario

It's now possible to edit scenario drafts! Another key step in the scenario creation flow, admins can edit any aspect of scenarios in your organization.

Miscellaneous updates

In addition to the fundamental updates described above, we've made a number of quality of of life updates. We've added a better experience for the session count after agents finish a training session, improved localization flexibility with better support for long words in the evaluation page, and added a helpful info text option for long scenario overview text. And as usual, we continued to squash bugs as needed.
