Chat Transcripts and Other Improvements

Transcripts of chat sessions are now available on the evaluation page in Agent Trainer. Click the "View Transcript" button in the top right of an evaluation page to view or download a transcript.

Other updates

• Login Enhancement: the login process has been improved, it's now a smoother experience to access both Agent Trainer and other Fuel iX experiences.
• New User Assignment: Every new user created will now automatically be assigned to published scenarios in their organization.
• Character Display: Fixed an issue with non-ASCII characters on the agent homepage, ensuring all text displays correctly.
• Skill Validation: We've fixed an issue where scenarios couldn't be saved if a skill was no longer available, improving data consistency.
