Fuel iX Copilots — Week 23 · June 8–14

This week brought a solid mix of new capabilities and reliability improvements — from better API key management to faster page loads and more dependable copilot sharing.

  • API key rotation with grace period and expiration controls: You can now rotate API keys directly from App and Virtual Account detail pages. New keys support optional expiration dates, and your previous key stays available during a grace period before it's automatically cleaned up — so there's no interruption to your service during the transition.

  • Email notifications for API secret revocations: When API secrets are mass-revoked during server migrations, you'll now receive an email notification. This keeps your team in the loop and gives you a heads-up to generate new credentials quickly, minimizing any disruption.

  • Faster page loads on Copilot and Connect pages: Improvements to how user sessions are handled on the server side reduce unnecessary work behind the scenes, resulting in faster load times and more reliable sign-in flows.

  • More reliable copilot sharing: Fixed a timing issue that could cause errors when adding members to a shared copilot. The process now completes consistently.

  • More consistent personal default copilot settings: Setting or removing your default copilot now behaves reliably, reducing the chance of an outdated or incorrect copilot being selected when you start a chat session.

  • Knowledge base access fixed for enterprise shared copilots: Resolved an issue where enterprise users were incorrectly blocked from reading knowledge base content in shared copilots. Access now works as expected across enterprise organizations.
