Fuel iX Copilots — Week 26

This week brought a solid mix of new capabilities and reliability improvements. Highlights include new AI models in the Copilot model picker, better tools for managers and admins to track usage, and a handful of fixes that make day-to-day interactions more consistent and dependable.

Service account usage tracking: Users can now view usage and cost data for their owned service accounts, with a new filter option on existing usage endpoints to separate automated workload consumption from regular user activity.
Smarter memory storage in Copilot conversations: The AI copilot now saves information to memory only when you explicitly ask it to (for example, "remember that…"). Casual mentions and background details will no longer accumulate in memory and affect future sessions.
Manage Users table now supports pagination and search: The Manage Users page has been rebuilt with server-driven pagination, sorting, and name/email search. Organizations with large numbers of users will find the page significantly faster and easier to use.
Improved user list sorting in the Admin Portal: Users in the Admin Portal are now sorted by display name in a case-insensitive way, so the order is consistent and predictable regardless of how names are capitalized.
More reliable session revocation: Session revocations now consistently record a timestamp before revoking tokens, making session validation faster and reducing unnecessary processing across all apps.
Fixed model access for preset-based Enterprise Copilots: Resolved an issue where users could be incorrectly granted or denied access to shared Enterprise Copilots that use presets. Access is now evaluated correctly based on the preset's underlying model.
Platform announcements now display reliably: Fixed an issue where announcements were not appearing for some users due to incorrect organization scoping. All relevant announcements will now show up as expected.
Improved team deletion reliability: The delete team function now processes all relevant records without filtering constraints, reducing the risk of incomplete deletions and leaving data in a cleaner state.
Scheduled task email notifications fixed: Fixed an issue where email notifications for scheduled tasks were incorrectly reporting a successful task as a failure.
New SAIF models available in the Copilot model picker: Two new beta models — tycho-1.0 and clarke-1.0 — are now available through Radium to select in the AI Factory section of the Copilots model picker, both with full tool-calling support — availability restricted at this moment.
Team usage summary for managers: Managers can now view aggregated AI usage metrics across their direct reports at a glance, making it easier to understand team-wide AI consumption.
