Fuel iX Copilots — Week 27 · June 29–5
This week brought a handful of practical improvements: smoother navigation, cleaner admin reporting, and fixes for a few rough edges that could leave connections or screens in an unexpected state.
-
Manager daily team usage reporting: Managers can now view a day-by-day breakdown of their direct reports' AI usage, including a split between internal and external usage types — all using their existing credentials.
-
Google Drive reconnect prompt on skipped file access: If Google Drive file access is skipped during Google sign-in, Fuel iX now detects the missing permission and shows a clear "Reconnect to Google Drive" dialog, so your connection is never silently left in a broken state.
-
Smoother navigation for shared copilot links: If you open a chat link that belongs to another user and only have viewer access, you'll now be automatically redirected to a new conversation instead of seeing an unexpected error screen.
-
Manage Users dialog and table improvements: The delete confirmation dialog now stays open until the action finishes, and the users table refreshes automatically after adding or removing a user — no manual page reload needed.
