Fuel iX Copilots — Week 30

This week brought a solid mix of new capabilities and quality-of-life improvements. Highlights include expanded file format support, finer control over knowledge base content, and a handful of fixes that smooth out everyday interactions.

Remove individual files from Google Drive and SharePoint connections: You can now delete specific files from your connected Google Drive or SharePoint knowledge base directly in the Manage modal, without having to remove an entire folder. This gives teams more precise control over what content is available to your copilot.
HTML and XHTML file support: HTML and XHTML files can now be uploaded and used across file uploads, RAG knowledge bases, and Slack integration, making it easier to bring web-based content into your AI workflows.
JSON file upload support: You can now upload .json files directly to the file upload pipeline, expanding the range of data formats your copilot can work with.
Markdown formatting preserved when copying chat messages: Copying a copilot chat message and pasting it into a rich-text editor now keeps formatting intact — bold text, lists, and code blocks all carry over correctly.
Improved analytics dashboard tables and charts: Breakdown tables now support sortable columns, pagination, and a configurable rows-per-page setting (10, 25, 50, or 100 rows). Percentage calculations are now accurate across pages, a loading indicator appears when switching pages on the team-member table, and chart labels no longer clip wide currency values.
Clearer error messages when popups are blocked: If your browser (such as Safari) blocks a popup when connecting cloud storage, you'll now see a clear "popup blocked" message instead of a raw error code or a misleading "network issues" notice.
More reliable knowledge base uploads at scale: Fixed an issue where uploading a large number of files to a knowledge base at once could cause performance problems and out-of-memory errors. Bulk uploads now complete reliably without affecting platform stability.
Improved SharePoint knowledge base sync reliability: Large SharePoint folders now sync successfully without timing out or running out of memory, so knowledge base updates complete dependably even with a high volume of files.
Smarter handling of legacy Microsoft Office file formats: When a legacy file format such as .doc, .xls, or .ppt is requested, the platform now automatically delivers the modern equivalent (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx) with a brief inline note, removing unnecessary extra steps.
Improved file search accuracy for AI agents: File search tools now follow clearer, more reliable guidance when retrieving information from a knowledge base, so agents more consistently surface the right files and documents when answering questions.
Updated wâsikan model to v2-2: The wâsikan model in the copilot model dropdown has been updated to "wâsikan v2-2," keeping you connected to the current supported version without any interruption.
