Fuel iX Copilots — Week 38 · September 14

This week focused heavily on reliability improvements. Highlights include faster loading speeds, improved usage attribution and visiblity, and several fixes that make day-to-day workflows more dependable.

Faster organization management page: The organization management page now loads in under 2 seconds, even for users who manage many organizations. Previously, this page could take up to 60 seconds to load or time out entirely.
Knowledge Base auto-sync now reliably processes all folders: Fixed an issue where over 2,400 Knowledge Bases were silently skipped during auto-sync. Too many simultaneous sync requests were hitting rate limits and causing folder synchronization to fail without any warning. Sync requests are now throttled so all configured Knowledge Bases stay up to date.
Team management via the Admin API: Administrators can now create teams and retrieve team details — individually or as a list — through the Admin API, making it easier to manage teams programmatically at scale.
Fixed team endpoint access for viewer and custom-permission users: Resolved an issue where users with viewer roles or custom permissions received errors when accessing team-related API endpoints. All permission levels can now access these endpoints consistently.
Usage Analytics in the dev portal now includes shared service accounts: Usage Analytics now displays data for shared service accounts when users have admin or viewer access — whether directly or through team membership — providing complete visibility in line with platform-wide permissions.
More accurate project attribution for AI assistant usage: Usage is now correctly tracked against the originating project throughout the full assistant pipeline — including background processing, nested assistants, and file queries — ensuring reliable billing and resource reporting across all run types.
