Fuel iX Copilots — Week 41 · October 5–11

This week focused on giving administrators more insight and control, with cost monitoring, analytics, and targeted announcements. We also made fixes to folder syncing and organization settings.

• Month-to-date cost monitoring for organizations: Organization admins can now see their month-to-date AI inference spending compared to their cost cap on the Edit Organization page, which makes it easier to manage budgets and avoid service interruptions.
• Safer organization settings updates: Organization settings are now updated through a single, validated process. Super admins can manage all organizations, while organization admins can only change their own, and AI model configurations are checked automatically.
• Up to 12 conversation starters via the Copilots API: The API now supports up to 12 conversation starters, matching what's available in the UI. We also fixed an issue where prompts containing commas were split incorrectly.
• Fixed an error when clearing a billing organization: Fixed an issue where removing a billing organization assignment in organization settings caused a server error. These updates now save successfully.
• More reliable folder auto-sync: Fixed timeout problems that could leave automatic folder syncs incomplete. Retry timing now accounts for API rate limits, and syncs have a longer 30-minute window, so large folder structures can finish synchronizing.
