🚀 New Feature in Agent Trainer: Skill Breakdown CSV Export on the Overview Page
🔎Problem We Solved
Managers currently can only see an agent's overall session score, with no way to analyze performance at the skill level outside the platform. To get that detail, sessions have to be reviewed one by one and skill data copied out manually — a slow process that doesn't scale for performance management. This release upgrades the CSV export to include a full skill-by-skill breakdown for each session, alongside a new date range filter and agent selection on the Overview page to control exactly what gets exported.
✅Functional Overview
- Adds three new columns to the CSV export — Skill, Skill Grade, and Skill Feedback
- Keeps all existing session-level columns unchanged: Agent Name, Agent Email, Scenario Title, Scenario Type, Scenario Score, Completion Date, Evaluation URL
- Keeps everything in a single sheet — no splitting session and skill data across multiple tabs
- Exports only the agents selected on the Overview page and only data within the selected date range
