🚀 Session Timer for Voice Sessions
Voice training sessions in Agent Trainer have a 25-minute limit, but agents previously had no way to track how much time had passed. The Session Timer introduces a persistent, always-visible timer so agents can pace themselves and stay in control from start to finish.
With this feature, Agents can:
- View elapsed session time through a persistent timer pill displayed in the topbar throughout the entire voice session
- Receive an automatic visual warning between 20:00 and 25:00, signaling it is time to wrap up
🚀 Microphone Mute Button
Background noise in the agent's environment could previously be picked up by the microphone, causing the AI to interpret it as agent speech. The Mute Button gives agents direct, instant control over their microphone so only intentional speech influences the session.
With this feature, Agents can:
- Mute and unmute their microphone at any time during an active voice training session
- Identify their current microphone state at a glance through a clear visual indicator that changes based on mute status
