What's New in Agent Trainer

🚀 Training Data Export

Admins can now export raw training data directly from Agent Trainer. This feature gives teams self-serve access to the data they need to build dashboards, generate reports, and maintain full visibility into training performance over time.

With this feature, Admins can:

Download a ZIP file containing CSV exports of three key datasets: Users, User Sessions, and Scenarios
Select a custom date range of up to 7 days per export to pull exactly the data needed
Access user information including name, email, ID, and role
Review session details including scenario name, skills evaluated, timestamps, and agent scores
Export data independently — the download button is visible to admin users only
