What's New in Agent Trainer - Week of October 20th

Manager Role

Agent Trainer has added support for a new role called "Manager". When adding a user to Agent Trainer, you may now select Manager as an available option. Similar to an admin, managers can view data for all agents in an organization in order to track agent progress and provide coaching.
The key difference from an admin role is that managers are unable to create and edit scenarios and skills. They may preview existing scenarios, but they can't create, edit, or delete them.

We've updated navigation interface in the app to provide users with a clearer, more streamlined ability to navigate in Agent Trainer.
New navigation is rolled out to select pages now. Look forward to additional pages rolling out in the coming weeks.
