What You Can Do:

• Natural language scheduling - Just chat: "remind me tomorrow at 2 PM" or "search for AI news daily at 8 AM"
• Multiple frequencies - Schedule tasks once, daily, weekly, monthly, or annually
• Email & in-app notifications - Get notified when tasks complete, even if you're not in the app
• Simple task management - Edit, pause, resume, or delete tasks from a dedicated management page
• Automatic timezone conversion - Tasks run at the right time, wherever you are

How It Works:

1. Chat with any copilot that has the Schedule Task tool enabled
2. Ask to schedule a task using natural language
3. Confirm the task details (what, when, how often)
4. Receive notifications when your task executes
5. Manage all tasks from the Copilot Tasks page in My Copilot Hub

Key Limitations:

• 15-minute intervals only - Times use :00, :15, :30, :45 minute marks
• Past times auto-advance - If you schedule a past time, it advances to the next valid occurrence
• Multiple weekly days - Scheduling "every Monday and Wednesday" creates two separate tasks
• Notifications - Email notifications default ON; push notifications require browser permissions
