What's New in Fuel iX Copilots — Week of March 16, 2026

This week we focused on making your experience even better. The headline story: a brand new Connections page gives you a dedicated home for managing all your external integrations. Drag-and-drop reordering for your favorite Copilots is here. And we've made significant reliability improvements to MCP integrations and authentication. This week's edition is all about putting you in control.

New Connections Page in Your Profile: Users can now view and manage external databases and app integrations from a dedicated Connections page within their profile settings. All connected services — including Google Drive and external databases — are now organized in one clear, dedicated location.

Drag-and-Drop Reordering for Favorited Copilots: Rearrange your favorited Copilots in the sidebar by dragging and dropping them into any preferred order. Your custom order persists across sessions, making it easier to prioritize and quickly access the tools you use most.

Improved Call Copilot Configuration: Fixed a limitation that prevented users with large numbers of Copilots from configuring the Call Copilot feature. The selection list now loads all available Copilots — including team-shared Copilots — without hitting a hard cap.

Chat Summary Reliability Fix: Resolved an issue where a failed summary generation would leave the loading spinner running indefinitely. Summary generation now handles errors gracefully with clear feedback and retry options.

Resolved Infinite Authentication Loop on Sign-In: Fixed an issue where a failed user data fetch could trigger repeated authentication requests, leaving users stuck on a loading screen. Sign-in and sign-out now work reliably without unnecessary network calls.

MCP Connection Revocation Emails Now Deliver Reliably: Resolved a silent failure caused by misconfigured template IDs and authentication errors that prevented users from receiving email notifications when an MCP connection was revoked. Revocation emails now deliver successfully.

Improved MCP App Card Behavior in Copilot Editing: MCP server cards now consistently display toggles when editing a Copilot. The Authenticate and Revoke buttons no longer flash or appear in incorrect states during connection changes — transitions are smooth and reliable.

Admin API — Daily Usage Breakdown: A new GET /v1/usage/daily endpoint provides token and cost usage broken down by day. All dates within a specified range are always returned, making it easy to visualize usage trends and track spending over time.

Agent Trainer — Fixed Agent Visibility Scoping: Agents using Firestore-backed deployments now correctly see only their own assigned scenarios. Previously, agents could view all users' scenario assignments. Admins and managers retain full visibility as expected.

AQM — Download Report Restored: Users can once again download interaction evaluation reports as PDFs from the Interaction Details page, with print functionality working correctly across all tabs.

AQM — Improved Authentication Stability: Transient Firebase auth failures no longer cause the header and sidebar to disappear or leave users on a broken page. Private routes now gracefully redirect to login and return users to their original destination once authentication recovers.

AQM — Fixed Infinite Redirect Loop for Unauthorized Users: Users clicking expired or invalid magic links now see the correct "Access Denied" message instead of being stuck in a redirect loop.
