General Administration
Q: Who can access the Settings pages?
A: All users can access Settings, but available options vary by role. Viewers can access Profile and Team Management, while Admins have full access to all settings pages.
Q: Can I change my own role?
A: No, roles can only be changed by organization Admins.
Q: How do users log in to the platform?
A: Fuel iX uses a passwordless system. Users receive magic links via email or can use SSO if configured for the organization.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of users we can have in our organization?
A: While there's a User Limit setting, it's not currently enforced. Contact Fuel iX support for guidance on large-scale deployments.
Q: Can I transfer admin rights to another user?
A: Yes, you can promote a user to an admin role in the User Management section. Ensure there is always at least one admin user for your organization.
Q: How do I reset a user's password?
A: Administrators cannot directly reset passwords. Users should use the "Forgot Password" feature on the login page. If this doesn't work, you may need to delete and recreate the user account.
Organization Settings
Q: Can I customize the look of our Fuel iX instance?
A: Yes, you can upload custom logos for both dark and light themes in the Edit Organization page.
Q: How do I restrict user registration to our company email domain?
A: In the Edit Organization page, set the Allowed Email Domain to your company's domain. Multiple domains can be added if needed.
Q: Are the budget and limit settings enforced?
A: Currently, the Budget, Token Per Minute Limit, and Request Per Minute Limit are not enforced. They serve as guidelines for usage.
Q: Can I preview changes to welcome messages or announcements before publishing?

Teams
Q: Is there a limit to how many teams we can create?
A: No, you can create as many teams as needed for your organization.

A: You'll lose admin rights for that team and won't be able to manage it unless you're an organization Admin.
Q: Can users remove themselves from a team?
A: Team Admins can remove themselves from a team, but they will lose admin rights for that team. Team Viewers cannot remove themselves from a team. If a Team Viewer needs to be removed, they should contact a Team Admin or Organization Admin.

Domain Configuration

A: Common Markdown issues include:
