Bulk Scenario Assignment

Overview

Previously, assigning scenarios to users required repeating the assignment action one scenario and one user at a time through the actions menu. With this update, Admins and Managers can select multiple scenarios or folders on the Manage Scenarios page and assign them to any number of users in a single action.

• The assignment modal always opens in a clean state, with no pre-existing tabs or filters carried over
• A confirmation step shows the number of scenarios/folders and users involved before the assignment is finalized

How It Works

1. The user selects one or more scenarios or folders using the checkboxes on the Manage Scenarios page.
2. The user clicks "Assign Scenarios" in the page header.
3. An assignment modal opens, starting clean each time.
4. The user searches for and selects the users who should receive the scenarios.
5. The user clicks "Assign."
6. A confirmation modal displays the number of scenarios/folders and users selected.
7. The user confirms, and a success or error snackbar shows whether the assignment went through.

Behavior Rules

Selection Scope
Users can select any combination of individual scenarios and folders in the same assignment action.

Assignment Scope
A single assignment action can include multiple scenarios/folders and multiple users at once.

Confirmation Step
Before an assignment is finalized, the user must confirm the exact number of scenarios/folders and users included, reducing the risk of assigning to the wrong group.
