Accessing Copilots

Information on how to sign in and resolve access issues with Fuel iX Copilots.

How to sign in

Fuel iX uses a passwordless sign-in system. Enter your email address at app.fuelix.ai and you'll receive a magic link via email. Click the link to sign in.

If your organization uses SSO (via Okta, OneLogin, or a similar provider), use your organization's authentication flow. Make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser — some SSO flows require them.
