Viewers

Viewers have limited access to administrative functions:

• Access to:

  • Profile page
  • Team Management page

• Permissions:

  • View and edit their own profile information
  • Create new teams
  • View existing teams
  • Manage teams they are an admin of

Admins

Admins have full access to all administrative functions:

• Access to:

  • All Viewer access
  • Edit Organization page
  • Manage Users page
  • Official Copilot Manager page

• Permissions:

  • All Viewer permissions
  • Edit organization-wide settings
  • Add and manage all users in the organization
  • Manage all teams, regardless of membership
  • Create new Official Copilots
  • Edit and delete existing Official Copilots
  • Set visibility and order of Official Copilots
  • Designate the Default Copilot for the organization

Role Assignment

• User roles are assigned when creating a new user or can be changed in the Manage Users page
• Only Admins can assign or change user roles
